Order inside ambiguity.

I run organizations and hard problems: a national coalition of 400+ companies through a first-of-its-kind regulatory rollout, and a Colorado water company where the P&L, board governance, and operating systems had to be built from scratch. I show the work rather than describe it. The portfolio below is real analysis on real data.

About

Operator first. Analyst by training. Musician on purpose.

I have spent 14+ years where policy meets operations: leading implementation of California AB 2398, the nation's first carpet stewardship law, through CalRecycle while directing operations for a 400+ member industry coalition, and then running a Colorado agricultural ditch and reservoir company as General Manager with full responsibility for its P&L, board, and infrastructure.

I am also the guitarist in a working four-piece band. That is deliberate context, not trivia: writing and performing music is constant practice in shipping creative work under constraints, collaborating in small groups where everyone's part is exposed, and iterating in public. It is the same muscle that early-stage and high-change organizations run on.
